    Dr. Mark G. Angolia is an Assistant Professor of Industrial Distribution and Logistics in the College of Engineering and Technology at East Carolina University. ; Entering academia after 20 years in the automotive supply chain, his research interests include ERP systems, technology applications for distribution and logistics support of the supply chain, project management, and higher education pedagogy. ;In addition to academic pursuits, he conducts professional development classes in both supply chain and project management. ;He holds a PhD in Technology Management from Indiana State University, a Master of Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and professional certifications of CPIM and CSCP from APICS, and a PMP from PMI.

  • South Garner High School Logistics Academy The vision of Wake County Public School Career Academies is an inclusive, diverse group of future leaders that fill the skills gap and develop a talent pipeline. WCPSS Career academies include high-tech classrooms and collaborative work spaces with cutting-edge technology that exposes high school students to real-world situations. Local, state, national, and worldwide business, industry, and government agencies commit, support, and sponsor career academies through consistent partnerships that provide the foundation of the programs.
    The South Garner High School Logistics Academy is a subset/smaller learning community that focuses on a career theme and is integrated into students' studies including their core curriculum courses. Each year the same group (cohort) of academy students takes a Career and Technical Education coursealigned with the career theme. 2021 - 2022
