JMU's Early Childhood Coaching Initiative
JMU is exploring an extension of their educator induction program into early childhood offering coaching to childcare providers who are nonlicensed and work in childcare programs. NC New Teacher Support Program
Conuslting work with central office leadership team in the areas of developing a business prospectus, program quality and research/evaluation. Specifically, she will provide input into the development of a business prospectus that is being developed for a twofold purpose. The first purpose is to develop a set of tiered products/processes that will be used by the Stanford SCALE/ NC NTSP partnership to provide induction support for states and IHE's starting or expanding teacher induction programs. The second purpose is to develop a scale up model for NC NTSP as requested by the Governor's Commission on Sound Education. The model will use the 1000, 2000, 5000 and 10,000 levels as benchmarks. Another aspect of the work involves participating in a programmatic gap analysis related to the NC NTSP Coaching Framework. The final aspect is providing feedback to the lead PI in the areas of research as aligned with the above defined business prospectus and evaluation/research. 2022
