• Ashley Norris   JMU is exploring an extension of their educator induction program into early childhood offering coaching to childcare providers who are nonlicensed and work in childcare programs. The initiative is in the early planning and development stages. At this time, I have contributed to building a coaching frameworkand training coaches.   2022
