• Laura Madden   I am an appointed board member for the Southern Management Association. My title is Communications Co-Coordinator; in that position, I manage the social media presence for SMA across four platforms and handle all email communication with membership. This position requires me to meet with the rest of the board three times per year--at the SMA conference, mid-year board meeting, and Academy of Management conference--and many times throughout the year by conference call.
  In addition, I have served as a reviewer every year, a session chair many years, and the track chair for the Management Education and Innovative Teaching track in 2016. I have been a member of the organization since 2009.   2009 - 2020
