  This TEP will focus on the critical of human and civil rights in shaping effective service systems for individuals with lived experiences of mental health and substance use conditions. We'll delve into past, current, and future strategies that support recovery and independent living goals, address key questions and guiding principles for rights and recovery-centered policies, and contribute to SAMHSA's strategies for rights protection and promotion.
  Unlike traditional formats, this meeting will run more like a think tank dialogue, fostering deep, collaborative discussions.   2023
