• Eric Todd Reifschneider   Oversaw the buyout of building owners that had their units burn down. This required multiple meetings with lawyers, property managers, and Insurance agents to get the needed votes and/or items done to save the community association from possible bankruptcy or heavy assessments. Spring Forest Association.President of the board and oversaw all aspects of the association including managment of the property.
