• Patrick F McKay   I was appointed as a member of the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology's (SIOP) Fellowship Committee. Members of the committee must be SIOP Fellows themselves (I was named a SIOP Fellow in 2013). The task of the committee is to review the submitted materials of scholars and/or practitioners who have been nominated for recognition as a SIOP Fellow. The committee then decides which of the nominated individuals will be recognized as SIOP Fellows, based upon the extent they have made landmark contributions to the Industrial-Organizational Psychology field.   2022
