United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) currently faces a significant challenge in efficiently monitoring its building systems due to two separate systems holding crucial information. The lack of integration between these systems leads to inefficiencies, increased complexity, and a higher risk of errors and oversight. The aim of this project is to assess the current monitoring systems and provide solution if a unified system for maintenance tracking is needed. Additionally, a predictive maintenance software to better improve the system and the building monitoring and maintenance processes will be developed
