abstract

  • Project Aim: This project will measure and assess utility customer satisfaction with their electric, gas, and water services. The overriding goal of the project is to assist the Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) with improving utility services, reliability, and value to its customers. Work Required: A mixed-mode survey of GUC customers. The CSR will: (1) work with the GUC to finalize the customer satisfaction questionnaire; (2) enter the questionnaire into the survey software, Qualtrics; (3) produce a data file from the survey responses to perform statistical analysis; (4) write up a report with tables and/or charts summarizing the key findings from the analysis; and (5) produce a Power Point presentation that further summarizes the results.
