? Research & Analysis o Conduct literature reviews and analyze data on health outcomes, workforce recruitment and retention, and other relevant areas in a health system o Identify and synthesize research on health equity, patient experience, and workforce inclusion. o Assist in developing reports and recommendations for policy and practice improvements. ? Program Development & Implementation o Support the design and implementation of initiatives that promote inclusion and belonging at ECU Health. o Assist in planning and coordinating workshops, training sessions, and community engagement activities. o Collaborate with hospital leaders and stakeholders to develop actionable strategies for fostering an inclusive workplace and patient experience. ? Presentation & Facilitation o Develop presentations and educational materials for leadership, employees, and community stakeholders. o Co-present research findings, training materials, and recommendations in various forums. o Assist in creating digital and print content to enhance awareness and engagement in Inclusion and Belonging initiatives. ? Administrative & Special Projects o Support project management efforts, including scheduling meetings, tracking progress, and documenting outcomes. o Assist with grant writing, funding proposals, and resource development related to inclusion and belonging initiatives. o Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions on inclusion and belonging.
