  • The City of Greenville, in collaboration with the Center for Survey Research at East Carolina University, is conducting a survey of Greenville residents to assess residents? perceptions of quality of life, satisfaction with municipal services, and priorities for future city investments. The purpose of the project is to provide city leaders with systematic, data-driven insight into how residents evaluate core services and infrastructure and to identify areas where improvements are most desired. Findings from this survey will equip the City of Greenville with actionable feedback to support data-based decision-making, strategic planning, and communication with residents.
