Clarify the proton tunnelling of one interested enzyme (alpha-Chymotrypsin ) that has been studied with cavity system in the past which shows acceleration on reaction. B. Examine the kinetics and thermodynamics of various active site mutants of A(L)DH C. Map the thermal network(s) in A(L)DH D. Guided design and/or development of tools to enhance tunneling
