The ECU Team will conduct a comprehensive Regional Needs Assessment for Region 6 within the first 90 days of implementation, consistent with ROOTS program requirements. The assessment will map existing clinical, behavioral health, social support, and digital infrastructure across the region; identify service gaps; and quantify access barriers, including travel time, workforce shortages, and unmet demand. Findings will directly inform development of a data driven, region specific Hub Action Plan, which will serve as a living document to guide strengthened service delivery, expansion, and innovation development across Region 6.
