Sub-contract with Access East, Inc-Prime Sponsor: Department of Health and Human Services Division of Health Benefits Healthy Opportunities Lead Pilot Entity Request for Proposal #30-2019-052 DHB

Access East, Inc requests support from East Carolina University (specifically the Office of Research, Economic Development, and Engagement) to provide educational seminars, monthly onsite or virtual consultation and monthly mentorship sessions with 10 Health Standards Organization (HSO) Network members from December 2022-June 2023. HSOs are expected to attend educational seminars, monthly consultation and mentorship sessions, and submit a sustainability plan to AEI by June 1, 2023. AEI requests that ECU submit a final summary of all work completed no later than June 15, 2023.
