    - 
    	THRIVE at ECU, an adaptation track proposal, takes a multi-pronged approach to meet the needs of the most marginalized faculty and improve institutional climate and support for all STEM women to advance and lead. These are the goals: 1) Change culture- Enhance the multicultural competence of faculty and academic leaders; 2) Create Support systems - Provide resources and cultivate support networks within and among STEM units; and, 3) Incentivize structural change - Institutionalize strong campus-wide diversity accountability practices.
