This project is a multisite ancillary study to the main MoToPAC trial. We will be measuring in vivo skeletal muscle oxidative capacity by 31P magnetic resonance spectroscopy to associate with the skeletal muscle biopsy omics data that will be collected in the main trial. I will be assisting the Pennington Biomedical Research Center site to ensure the quality of the data that was collected, data analyses and interpretation, as well as the drafting of manuscripts.
