Dr. Heidi Puckett is a Teaching Assistant Professor, as well as the Director of Outreach &; Leadership Development, in the Department of Educational Leadership at East Carolina University (ECU). She teaches courses in the EdD program and has extensive experience working in the field of higher education as a practitioner for more than 17 years. Prior to teaching, Dr. Puckett successfully directed admissions and enrollment management efforts for graduate, undergraduate, and law school programs. Her areas of research interest include enrollment management, admissions marketing, educational leadership, innovation in higher education, student affairs &; student services.
