  William E. Hill, served in the United States Air Force and was introduced to the great field of environmental health science while stationed at Plattsburgh AFB, Plattsburgh, NY. After being honorably discharged, he accepted a basketball scholarship to attend Delaware State University where he majored in Environmental Health &; Natural Resources. He quickly discovered his “passion” for environmental health working as an Environmental Health Specialist, Environmental Health Program Specialist and Environmental Health Supervisor at local health departments…the front lines of environmental health. William currently serves on the North Carolina Board of Registered Environmental Health Specialist. He loves jazz music!
