• Misun Hur   KAGES is a non-profit organization to foster professional career development, supports research collaborations, and promotes interactions between South Korea and SA in geospatial technology and environmental science fields. During the 2022-2023 academic year, we have accomplished the following:Year-long mentoring programs for Korean PhD students in the USA
  Three scholarships for students
  Newsletter publications
  Young Geographers' Forum for students
  Monthly board meetings and an annual general meeting with all members (during the AAG meeting)
  International collaborations with scholars in South Korea
  Collaborations with scholars in Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA) nationally
