  Establish a coalition of researchers and practitioners, in order to share the tremendous amount of work and information that has been developed.
  Develop a strategy for a comprehensive examination of this problem, utilizing the vast network of experts in the field.
  Request Congress to charge QSAC with the responsibility of preparing a study and developing recommendations on an amateur sport development policy, structure, implementation, and funding.
  Be advocates for change and activating a comprehensive and research-based national sport development strategy."   2018
