- Year 1 exploring barriers to screening, treating and billing for Sexually Transmitted diseases including HIV. Goal is to guild towards an intervention to enhance knowing and capacity that improves health outcomes and billing by local health departments, Emergency Departments and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
