This project aims to enhance sustainability in North Carolina's manufacturing facilities by implementing lean and green practices. It includes energy, pollution prevention (P2), water and lean assessments, energy audits, regional workshops, roundtable discussions, on-site training, and one-day workshops. Led by East Carolina University in collaboration with NC organizations, it offers technical reports and support during implementation and develops P2 resources and training manuals. Addressing environmental justice and climate change is integral to all activities.
