Resident Physician & Geriatrics Fellow Geriatric Education & Training Grant (RPGF Grant)

Continue to develop the rotation for ECU Family Medicine residents during their internship year and identify opportunities to include senior residents in the care delivery team at Cypress Glen. Continue to refine and develop the second-year medical student experience as a component of the doctoring course. Continue to refine and develop the ECU Geriatric Medicine fellow's rotation at Cypress Glen. To increase patient care access for many frail residents of the Cypress Glen Community located in the skilled, assisted living, memory care, and independent plus areas of the community.
