Built upon the theoretical model of Employee Engagement in management literature, this research aims at using raw data from the soon to become available 2018 DSA National Salesforce Survey to empirically study how ISRs are engaged with their direct selling companies and upline agents and how that engagement would affect ISR turnover and sales performance.
