Narratives of Race in the Academy/Equity Coaching Grant

The Narratives of Race in the Academy seeks to better understand the experiences of faculty and staff of color at predominantly white institutions and the role and efficacy of diversity committees and similar college and university level bodies (e.g. the ECU Office for Equity and Diversity) to address the issues facing faculty of color.The Equity Coaching Project is a study designed to further examine the efficacy of equity coaching as a means of pursuing racial equity in schools.
