To increase overall employee Biopsychosocial Spiritual (BPSS) wellness in the Department of Social Services (DSS) as evidenced by a decrease in anxiety and depression, an increase in connection with supervisors, and an increase in resilience within a period of one year. To do this, a biopsychosocial survey will be developed and administered to PC DSS staff. Following the survey administration, individual interviews will be conducted with DSS staff to better elucidate survey findings. Additionally, resilience workshops will be conducted to start the process of being more trauma-informed.
