Based on overwhelmingly positive feedback from the recent WEC Deployment Workshop hosted at CSI, we propose a 5-day expansion that builds on the same successful hands-on model. This extended version?targeted for TEAMER support?will allow deeper participant engagement, integration of hands-on deployment scenarios, and increased access to experienced marine energy professionals, with emphasis on design-for-deployment, resiliency, and cross-discipline collaboration. The purpose of this workshop is to provide students, early-career professionals, university researchers, and WEC developers with applied field training in hands-on deployment scenarios, enabling stronger design practices, faster problem solving, and workforce readiness.
