abstract

  • The intended goal is to provide technical support to the North Carolina Center of Excellence for Integrated Care (COE). The project will facilitate the work of contracted consultants in practices throughout North Carolina seeking to increase integration of physical and behavioral health care. Working closely with relevant stakeholder groups, we will work with the COE staff to evaluate the effectiveness of the integrated care approach used, the satisfaction of the participating practice, and the need for ongoing assistance.
