Assess the relative effectiveness of alternative onsite wastewater technologies on the removal of three pollutants: fecal bacteria, phosphorus, and nitrogen under various climate scenarios; Estimate the marginal return on onsite wastewater infrastructure climate adaptation technologies; Expand a legal analysis of regulatory and implementation barriers and solutions to alternative onsite wastewater technologies; Develop a transferrable protocol for end-to-end co-production with community planners to incorporate results from Objectives 1-3 into climate-smart decentralized wastewater management plans
