This project, proposed by the Department of Human Development and Family Science (HDFS) Diversity and Inclusion Committee, is to engage with current and former Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) students about their experiences in our academic programs in order to make curricular and andragogical changes that increase equity and inclusion in the department. ; We plan to accomplish this by conducting an anonymous survey of students (both past and present), facilitating conversations with alumni, and processing results with faculty and staff to create a plan of action.
