Cardiac Resynchronization Therapy using His/Left Bundle Pacing vs Left Ventricular Epicardial Pacing in Patients with Heart Failure with LVEF?50% and a wide QRS complex (>130 ms) or with/anticipated >40% pacing Grant

The PCORI request will support Quality of Life expertise led by Baylor in the study with particular emphasis in integrating the quantitative measurement of the patient experience in the study. Dr. Sears at ECU will be responsible for assisting in the planning, measurement, and analysis of quality of life data and patient reported outcomes. He will also be involved in the health outcomes assessments of the overall project.
