  • The NC Small Business & Technology Development Center (SBTDC), located at East Carolina University, is in its thirty-first year of service to the small business community in Eastern NC. The center will continue to provide managerial and technical assistance to entrepreneurs through one-on-one counseling, workshops, and seminars. East Carolina University will continue to provide office space and support services as needed.
