abstract

  • The Cardiac Psychology Lab, directed by Dr. Samuel Sears, will provide expert consultation on the educational planning of curricula for cardiology fellows as needed for Medtronic, Inc. This work will include but not be limited to the provision of information related to ICD patient quality of life and psychosocial functioning. Dr. Sears is a nationally recognized expert in this area and Medtronic wishes to work in collaboration to design state of the art training for cardiologists. The scope of work might include the drafting of needs analysis questions for survey of FellowsSpace subscribers. Dr. Sears will also participate in meetings, telephone calls, web-ex, internet or other electronic media exchanges with Medtronic representatives to discuss issues and provide input on topics related to those outlined in the Agreement;
