Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management Presentations (MSA A1030014; WO 1030026)

Upon request from Medtronic, RESEARCH SITE/Researcher agrees to engage in the Shock Reduction Faculty Training Program, specifically speaking on training and educational activities outlined herein (?Services?). The Services are for healthcare professionals for the purpose of educating the medical community about therapies and issues on topics related to Medtronic products. The Services shall include but are not limited to the following: a. Preparing and giving presentations at Medtronic sponsored meetings on topics related to Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management products and therapies at such times and places designated by Medtronic and agreed to by RESEARCH SITE/Researcher; b. Participate in meetings, telephone calls, web-ex, internet or other electronic media exchanges with Medtronic representatives to discuss issues and provide input on topics related to those outlined in the Agreement; c. Other Services as reasonably requested by Medtronic, and agreed to by Researcher, may include program development for Medtronic, development of teaching materials for Medtronic employees; and d. Prepare reports and attend meetings as reasonably requested by Medtronic and agreed to at the discretion of the Researcher. For Medtronic use only: Project Brief number(s): 180525.
