? Creation of two alternative recreational site plans ? Site plans will be surface plans only, without consideration of underlying infrastructure or local environmental characteristics ? Site plans will include recommended locations of baseball/softball fields, soccer pitches, tennis courts, ancillary facilities (e.g., restrooms, concession stands, access to potable water) and entrance/exit roadways to the recreational areas ? Site plans will include graphics, figures, and narratives that reflect the recommendations ? Preparation of an accompanying report explaining the site plans and providing rationale for recommendations
