  • The East Carolina University Center for Applied Technology provides continuing education, technical support, referral, industry development, and other extension services to North Carolina industry in the eastern part of the state. The expansion of the activities of Manufacturing Extension to meet the needs and demand for extension services in the eastern part of N.C. cannot be accommodated by IES. This Agreement provides for ECU/CAT to provide to the eastern North Carolina manufacturing industry during the period ending January 31, 2003 certain services.
