The current project investigates hormonal and ECG biomarkers linking chronic and daily psychosocial stress to arrhythmic risk in patients with congenital or drug induced QT prolongation. Specific analysis associated with the role of SSRI's in the prolongation of QT in this at risk group of patients will be examined.
