I serve as the First Vice President for the Southern Risk and Insurance Association (SRIA). SRIA is an academic risk management and insurance association with an annual meeting each November. I was elected as First Vice President in Fall 2023. 2024
The Institutes Griffith Insurance Education Foundation
I served on the advisory council for the Institutes Griffith Insurance Education Foundation. This organization provides non-partisan, non-advocative risk management and insurance education to lawmakers and other public policymakers to inform their decisions related to risk and insurance laws, statutes, and rulings in their jurisdiction. Griffith delivers dozens of programs each year utilizing academics, former regulators, attorneys, risk managers, and more. 2019 - 2024
Risk and Insurance Teaching Society
I serve on the Risk and Insurance Teaching Society committee of the American Risk and Insurance Association (ARIA). This committee organizes two-three webinars per academic year and organizes a teaching track of presentations at the ARIA annual meeting. ARIA is the premier risk and insurance academic organization in the U.S. 2021
