• Dr. Richardson is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Nursing Science. She earned a BSN (2018) and PhD (2022) from East Carolina University, and she completed a NIH-sponsored T32 postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Dr. Richardson's research focuses on supporting families with mental health and responsive feeding during infancy. She is primarily interested in fathers' engagement in infant feeding and paternal mental health during the postpartum period.
