• Seung Hyun "Jenna" Lee is an Associate Professor at East Carolina University. Dr. Lee is a graduate of University of Central Florida where she obtained Ph.D. in Hospitality Management, and she has M.S. and B.S. in Hospitality Management from University of Nevada Las Vegas. Prior to joining academia in 2010, she worked in the industries of lodging, food &; beverage, and airline. At East Carolina University, Dr. Lee teaches Hospitality Law, Hospitality Management Current Issues Seminar, Hospitality Marketing, and graduate courses. Her main area of research has been consumer behavior, revenue management, and hospitality education, and she has published over 50 peer reviewed articles. She has served on the board of the International Council of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Education (ICHRIE) as Director of Research in 2020-2024.
