• Dr. Lesha Harkley Rouse is a graduate of Atlantic Christian College and received her PhD and MSN in nursing from East Carolina University (ECU) in Greenville, NC. She is a clinical faculty member in the Department of Baccalaureate Education, teaching in the community health program. Dr. Rouse's clinical training as a school nurse has provided her with an excellent background in case management of children exposed to Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
