    My role involves supporting the Editor-in-Chief (EIC) in manuscript publication. This involves using the journal's submission platform to track and manage the progress of manuscripts. I examine submitted papers for compliance with the journal's scope, guidelines, and quality standards. I also match manuscripts with appropriately qualified reviewers to ensure a fair and thorough peer review. Part of my role is ensuring timely feedback from reviewers by following up and resolving conflicts or delays. I then assess reviewers' comments and advise the EIC whether to accept, revise, or reject a paper. So, in short, as an associate editor, I play a crucial role in upholding quality, integrity, and efficiency throughout the journal editorial and publication process. 2024
