Seasoned Mortgage Banker with operations management experience, Profit and Loss, and Credit Line negotiations. Well-versed in the securitization of mortgage bundles for sale as MBS on Wall Street as well as underwriting conventional and subprime mortgage loans for sale in secondary markets based on the Weighted Average Coupon (WAC). Have served as Vice President of Business Development for Bank of America and Countrywide Financial as well as building and developing residential real estate in Eastern N.C.
I have been teaching since 2010 and have served as a Teaching Instructor (East Carolina University, Craven Community College) working with undergraduate students, as well as a Student Mentor (Western Governors University) for graduate students working towards theirMBA and MSML degrees.
