  • IDEC 2025 Annual Conference I serves as the Chair of Graduate Student Engagement and Scholarship Subcommittee for the IDEC South Regional Committee. Attending the IDEC Annual Conference not only supports efforts towards the Interior Design program reaffirmation by attending the various sessions and workshops but also contributes to the Council for Interior Design Accreditation (CIDA) status. The Conference is a platform to network with peers, learn about new teaching methods, stay updated on industry trends, and engage in discussions that shape the future of interior design education and the areas of design, teaching and learning. 2024
  • NKBA | KBIS Voices From the Industry conference 2024 - I attended and presented at the NKBA | KBIS Voices From the Industry conference 2024 in Las Vegas, Sunday 02/25/2024 to Thursday 02/29/2024. The presentation gives members of NKBA, NAHB and NARI valuable CEU credits. My presentation was about "Leadership, Without Title."- The article were recognized and featured in the Academic Affairs newsletter of the Seminole State College of Florida, October 2023.- Attended KBIS Certified Designer Meeting where we discussed the path to NKBA Certification and the NKBA Planning Guidelines.Stayed on the top of the Kitchen and Bath industry latest trends such as equipment, stone materials and finishes in addition to connecting with architects, designers, engineers, and professionals. 2024
